Need some help
2001 F150 4.2L
So im driving home and my truck starts shaking vigorously? Seems like I was losing power when applying gas.
I took it to Auto Zone to do a test. Codes PO351 and PO371 came up. (Ignition coil primary crcuit and Crank sensor)
I replaced the sparkplug coil, I want to say 4-5 years ago. Doing some searching here, Ive read that there could be a number of issues from a sparkplug not firing, to faulty electrical connections/sparkplug wiring and even problems with the OCM.
Im not afraid to do the work. I was hoping on a little help of where to start? Also, Ive been looking around for some vids on how to, found one but its choppy. Im by no means an expert let alone a moderate. So im not familiar with terms and whats what. In fact, Ill admit that changing my sparkplug coil is as advanced of work ive done on my truck. With the aid of forum members and videos.
