A few things
Just found this site, so I've got a few questions.
When it's cool, or cold out, exactly at 2100 rpm, theres a decent vibration that gets louder and more obnoxious the colder it is outside. When it's warm or hot out, it doesn't happen. Anyone have, or hear of this?
When it's hot outside, and the a/c is on, the longer the truck sits at a light or stopsign, the less power it has when I get to go. The fan also is incredibly loud with the ac on. Is an electric fan an option?

Welcome
Welcome to the site, There is much information here, so look around.
As to your findings, I don't know what to tell you. At idle, hot or cold, when sitting for a while at a light, I do notice a vibration. However, I'm pretty sure mine is do to my exaust setup and resonance from the muffler causing it.
Physics wise, I could understand that when it's hot, and you have the AC going, and you're at a stop, a lot of hot air is generated under the hood and around the car. When you get up to go, it's possible that your truck could be suckin in some of that hot air=less performance.
Just my two cents
