Angry Anybody have stalling probs?

Have any of you had your truck stall in traffic?
Mine quit on me yesterday shifting from 1st to 2nd. I rapped it up and when I hit the clutch no nada. Then I was watching the news this morning and there was a story about FoMoCo and their ignitions dying while driving down the road. We'll see, I took it in this morning.

Stalling problems

Check your mileage, if it is over 50k, and if you have done regular maintenance , try replacing the oxygen sensors. There are a total of four and the sensors that should be replaced first would be the two sensors upstream of the catalytic converters. I had the same symptoms as you and after changing plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, cleaning the injectors, air filter, I still had stalling problems until changing the upstream sensors. Now there are absolutely no stalling problems whatsoever and it has been about 10k miles since the change.

Thank you. I just picked it up and it was my throttle position sensor.
