Please i need proffesional advice. 2000F-150 4.2v6. No spark to the plugs cannot for the life of me find why. New: plugs, wires, coil pack, alternator, cam and crank sensor, fuel pump and all relays. Have pressure to the fuel rail but no fire to the plugs . Coil pack has 12v. No blown fuses.... Pleas help
