Check engine light P0300 2012 ecoboost

Got a light on my brand new 12 ecoboost last night. Trucks got 1100 miles on it and its showing a cylinder misfire... Anybody had this before? It's not showing a specific cylinder just says various. I can't believe my brand new truck is already having an issue. I went ahead and put 5 gallons of 93 in it last night and I'm making a 320 mile drive back to Houston today. Put the 93 in it to see if the light will go away if its bad gas. I have to make the drive no other option. Any info or advice would be awesome.

That's the plan but I have to make the 320 mile drive first. If it blows up they can pick if up on the side of the road.

If you can feel the misfire, I'm betting you will have cooked cats by the time you get home.

If you FEEL it start to miss on the way home, throw it in M and go down a gear.

Hmm - before you take it in, clear the code and see if it comes back. Don't disconnect the battery, just use a reader to clear the code.

what the heck? I have had my truck in and out of the dealership about 6-7 times now in the 1 year that this truck has existed. I have had the hard misfires when accelerating, flashing CEL, steady CEL, and P0430 or whatever it is that shows left CAT gone bad. They ordered the new intercoolers that got released and after a month and a half of bitching they finally told me the intercoolers have been stopped due to that fix not working and them "never receiving the new intercoolers."

Keep us updated if it fixes your problems.
