1518 code

trying to find what the repair on thecode would be? any help would be great the truck is a 2002 v-6 with 5-spd,I think the fix on the o-2's is a lot of contact cleaining the other codes are 174/171/1151/1131 I think may be hunting down some vacume leaks thanks any help is always needed I'm a diesel guy helping a friend, she wants to learn.

Even though P1518 is IMRC stuck open, when I threw that code it was a vacuum leak - it needed plenum gaskets and isolator bolts. I think all your codes are related to a major vacuum leak. I do not think there is anything wrong with the O2's.
