new to forum/ford/and trucks..need help!!

Hi, I"m new here, new to ford and trucks so yeah, noobie!!

I have an 07 reg cab f150, 51K miles that i just got handed down

it seems to shake a bit when i get it up to 55 at around 1500 rpm.
it'll stop if i'm just accelarating past 55 but if i leave it steady at 55 at that rpm it'll shake quite a bit. Ive gone to 85 with no shake but it'll always do it at steady 55...Any ideas?? Thanks!!!
