What kind of power boost are the JBA headers good for on the 4.2L?

I *think* it is somewhere in the neighborhood of 17hp and 14 ft lbs of torque.

nope its not at the rear wheels & jba is the only company that makes em for our trucks. However, www.supersixmotorsports.com does have some that will fit our motor for considerably cheaper (150 bucks) but the downside is that it will take a little modifaction for them to work.

Has anyone tried the supersix haders yet? What would it cost to get them installed (I would do it, but not comfortable without further info). What modification has to be don to the Y and flange? Egr tube?

I don't know of anybody that has tried them.As for the modifying them you'll have to ask supersix for all the specifics.
