Unhappy front seal

I have 1997 4x4 4.2 had recall done for the leaking cooliant,Sence then the truck has been back 3 times in less then 12,000,each time they put in a new crank seal, last time was last WED.100 miles later and saturday leaking again.Has anybody had this same problem or just me,service advisor tryed to blame it on pcv valve.Told him to look in his records he would find that he had put a new one in 5,000 miles ago.
If anybody has any info it would be great. TSB's or recall

I would like info on this too. I just had a shop replace my seal and crank seal. Now it sounds like a rod is knocking only 100 miles after I got it back!
My truck was not covered by the recall for the timing cover
