went to performance, then headers... and i see hooker there, i'm thinkin; what the !#@$!

i emailed hooker and haven't received a response yet, but if it is true i know exactly what i'm spending my money on!

hmmm, interesting. It does say ford 255- 302 cubic inches and our motor is in that range.I do have a strange feeling they won't fit our trucks. Believe me, I would love to be wrong. That price is a steal.have to wait and see I guess.I will have my tax return in two weeks, would be great if those fit cause the I could also slap a cat back exhaust system also.

Thumbs down

If thoes are the headers you are talking about they wont work. Thoes are for the 255-302 V8 engines. I did a search through the new products and the 2WD Truck sections and it said nothing about the 4.2L V6 engine.

thats because you have to go into the block hugger headers. and yes, they are for the windsor v8's only... I got a response from hooker tho saying they are currently in testing mode and will be available sometime near july . I would rather have hooker headers than jba!ds.

stupid carparts.com gettin my hopes up too... bummer

So Hooker doesn't make them to fit our truck (yet).Sometime in july, it may be worth the wait, if the price is gonna be that low.

no way will the price be that low... i bet you anything they'll cost ~$600, thats how hooker headers are, cuz they have some very good headers.
