If I remember correctly ( big if)
I think the grommet that came with my KC lights was about the same size so I think it's pretty common. Measure the hole go to store and buy several about the right size, ones gotta work.

Oh no I dropped!!!
Well I'll tell you what I dropped. I dropped the rubber gommet for the Air temp sensor on my Airaid kit.. and I can't find it... where can I get a replacement? Help me please...!!!! I need your help....
