Try MAC or Racer Walsh. They may have them or can fix you up with a nice custom job. I know MAC definately makes headers for the 99-00 mustangs(short and longtube) and I'm not sure if they would fit the truck chassis and I'm pretty sure it'll fit the heads, but it's worth the phone call.
