I put on an electric fan - the Flex-a-Lite Black Magic. Got if from Summit Racing for about $180. Everything is included - it has an adjustable thermostat. Search back for some of the older threads for more info - you have to rent or borrow a tool to remove the stock fan clutch. Engine runs plenty cool enough, even in summer with AC on climbing mountains.

In theory you get better mileage, more power and less noise since the fan isn't always on.

I didn't notice any power increase. My mileage varies a lot depending on driving, but my best guess is the electric fan improved my mileage somewhere around 0.5 - 0.75 mpg.
