I have used the complete package from Zmax, as well as restore, and prolong; I have never been able to notice any improvement. Using an inexpensive engine cleaner during regular oil changes as well as an inexpensive fuel cleaner at fill up has helped keep my 87k mile 1997 Truck huming right along.
All the oil additives are garbage, I don't know how good the fuel ones are. The easy way... use synthetic motor oil and put a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank every six months.

I usually run a bottle of B12 Chemtool through the engine every couple of months to clean the injectors. Also run Mobil 1, but other than that no other additives. The synthetic oil should keep your truck clean enough that oil additives aren't needed.
