Question Engine Treatments, What really works?

Does anyone really know if any of those engine treatments really work and if so which is best? STP, Slick 50, Zmax, Prolong, Motorup???? Some say they increase gas milage? Any input?

You do NOT need to use any engine treatments of any kind in your 2000 F-150! In fact, the owners manual specifically says not to do it! Most newer vehicles made today don't need them. You are wasting your money!

All you need to do is change your oil AND filter on a regular basis and use a quality gasoline.

Don't waste your money. Just use a high quality gasoline, like Texaco.
