engine Squeak

I have a 2007 F-150 with a 4.2L V-6...have an issue with an engine squeak.
THought it was a belt or pully squeaking, well i pulled off the belt and ran for a minute, the noise appears to be coming from the topside of the engine...could this possibly be a camshaft bearing or could it really be coming from the bottom side a possible crankshaft bearing, truck has 72,000 miles, oil changed regularly

Check the Crankshaft position sensor the bearing gets dry and starts to squeak.
Just put a hose or screwdriver on top of it and listen to it with the engine running.
Hope this helps.
