EGR Flow Insufficient

I got the code 401 Ive changed the DPFE Sensor. Also ive change the regulator. Cleaned the pipe from off the DPFE and the hoses coming off the Senor with Brake cleaner and im still get the the ERG Flow Insufficient. The EGR value is still good. When i take it off i can easily open it when sucking on it. If anyone know whats else could be wrong that would be amazing. Ive tried everything and im still getting error. Thanks.

Cracked vacuum hoses going to the DPFE or plugged EGR passages in the throttle body.

The DPFE sensors have a high failure rate. From what I've read the aftermarket (non-Ford) ones made in China are hit or miss. You may have got a bad one. Just a thought.

Yesterday i took something and i put it inside the throttle body and it went in about i think it was 7-10 inches and that's how long the thing was. when i pulled it out it has Yellow and a little black but there was not enough carbon to block a passage. Is there something you can spray down inside there to clean it out? The hoses look fine. When i put brake cleaning in them nothing leaks out and i can blow in them and block the other end and no air comes out.
