Idle problem!

Hi, first I would like to thank everyone, for all there help on here. I have a 1999 F150 V6 2WD 5 speed 147,000 miles. The problem I am having, is when I slow down, in neutral, my idle stays at 1000 RPM's until I come to a complete stop. Then it will drop down 700-800 RPM's. Could it be my speed sensor in the rear end?
I am not showing any codes!

Thanks, Rip

That may be part of the intended programming for emissions.
