I have a 99 f150 v6 4.2.....I just put in new plugs, autolite platinum 5144 (155000) miles...I want to put in new wires and coil also(it still idles a little rough), what brand will get me the most for my money?

go and take those plugs out and put motorcraft ones in! these truck like nothing but motorcraft firing components. also use motorcraft wires.
