Need help removing plenum

So i need some experienced advice. I'm trying to remove the plenum from my '98 4.2. It has turned out to be a PITA... I even finally picked up a Haynes manual to try and help me out. I've already disconnected all the mounting braces (as far as I know) and the 12 plenum mounting bolts and still it feels like the damn thing is welded on! Any suggestions on anything I might be missing?

Pry it up. The earlier ones could get really stuck to the gaskets. As long as you have twelve bolts out, it's ok.

What was the purpose of taking it off? When it warms up, I'm going to tackle mine to get to the fuel injectors. Can you reuse the gasket? I'd rather not, but read one could depending on it's condition.
