Will this filter work?

I work at a company that one of our major vendors is Ford Racing, well at the moment we are clearing out a lot of inventory. One of the guys comes up to me and tells me Merry Christmas and hands me 2 of these filters and says they will work on my truck. Well they are a different shape than the Motorcraft filter I usually use so I wanted to ask you guys to make sure. I tried to find a cross reference guide, but didn't come up with much. My normal filter is an FL400S I believe and I have a 2005 F150 with the 4.2L

Sell it on Ebay or Craigslist... or you could post it up in the Personal Classifieds right on F150online.com...

I'd say give it away and send it through USPS and just charge them shipping. Why throw away good filters??

I won't throw them away. I'll probably list them on a few forums and CL to see if there is any interest.
