Coil Pack?
Whenever it Rains or snows... my truck has difficulty starting. She just won't catch and when she does its a rough one... Coil pack?

Maybe. How many miles on the plugs and wires? What year is the truck?

I had the same problem. I took the coil pack off and turned it over. There was a crack in the bottom where moisture was getting in. Replaced it and the problem went away.
