I'm trying to locate a buzzing sound which sounds like it is coming from the front of the truck somewhere. It happens when i start out and shift. I thought it was the license plate holder so i taped it down and test drove, but i still get the buzzing. I checked the front bumper and left front quarter panel by hitting it with my fist to check for anything loose but they are tight. Anything else i should check? I'm sure it isn't anything serious but it is annoying to listen to.

 

Is it a buzzing like a fly or more of a vibration?

 

I had to think of that for a minute. I would say it sounds more like a bee or fly, rather than a vibration.
