V6 "tune-up" questions

Hello again!
I read about "tune-up" every 50K miles.
What is the standard items replaced at this time?
Plugs, wires, coilpack, clean throttle body?

It's every 100k. Plugs - yes. Wires - if needed. Coilpack - if needed. Clean throttle body - might as well.
