I have both now...well kind of. hehehe
The wife just bought a 2005 Mustang V6 with 13K with a 5 Year Warranty, Shaker Stereo, Sun Roof , Racing Strips in MINT condition for $12,500. I thought that was a great deal myself. The only thing i didnt like is its silver.

Not only is the V6 Mustang going to get better gas mileage, it opens you up for the possibility of getting a GT. I don't know about the "new edge" and S95, the S197 4.0 and 4.6 both get similiar gas mileage. I'm getting 21 mpg in my car right now. I can't complain. I've got 26 mpg with the gas mileage tune and driving pretty damn slow.
Thats the only reason why I dont want to get a mustang. Even though I was gonna get a V8. Just cuz its almost a chick car now.
I've been looking at getting a small car. In my market, the base Mustang is advertised at $13,995. Compared to other cars in the same price range, the Mustang gets a little more bang for the buck than a Honda Fit or Toyota Yaris. But then again, buying a V6 isn't going to get the same 34-36 MPG as the imports. I may as well save $1,000 and buy another V6 F-150, which is advertised in my market for $12,995.
I'd like to see you go tell the guys at V6power.net that are running 10's, that there cars are for girls.
I see more women driving trucks more and more. I don't know if its theirs or if the hubby decided to take the vehicle with better mph to work.

I had a 96 GT it got 26 highway and about 17-18 city with the 5 speed trany. My 94 Gt got about 25 highway and 16 or so city with a 5 speed. I would take either of them back right now as my truck get 12-13 city and most of my driving is city.
