10,000 mph is fast as hell
sorry couldnt help it
the only way i know of is a locker or regear. if you regear you can go with a stronger gearing without LS and get more power. not my forte though, so i couldnt help much

what your buddy is talking about is welding the diff together. this makes both rear wheels turn the same ALL the time. reall bad on tires and axle parts if you ever go around corners. what your looking for is a limited slip diff. look into detroit, eaton, and a few others, just use the search function. another option is a locker which is the same as welding it in that the wheels turn the same ALL the time. however detroit i think is has a locker that will slip a little to allow you to turn corners at slow speeds with no throttle. use that search function.
I got the LS standard from Ford... I regeared and put in 4.10s... totally a new truck. Drives like a dream come true... best thing I could've ever done.

Do you mind me asking you what that cost to have done? I would be interested also. Thanks
You may want to let pops know that limited slip and posi are the same thing.
A locker is a different story, but that's overkill for anything that sees pavement, for the most part.
MPGs will suffer little, if any.
With 3.55s, I run about 1300 RPMs doing 55. I could probably save some deeper digging from the auto trans with a few hundred more RPMS when I do have to gas it, which helps fuel mileage.
