I was looking at getting VMP tuning PCV Bypass for both sides of the engine. Is their a big HP increase, or no?

No increase,

what it does do is:

Keeps engine oil from entering the intake
Helps with venting
Makes your truck smell like hot oil if not ran to the bottom of the engine compartment.
