No heat

Ok today i replaced the EGR valve and the DPFE sensor. While i was at it i pulled the radiator drain and replaced the coolant. Got 132k miles so i figured it wouldn't hurt.. So i start up and now i have no heat.. I pulled the thermostat and replaced it too.. Gauge goes up to normal area.. About halfway.. Anyone have any ideas?

pinched heat core lines? Are the heater core hoses in the engine bay hot?

No work done on the inside of the vehicle?

Can you tell if the flap inside your truck moves when you switch from hot to cold?

Only hose that felt hot was the upper radiator hose.. When i squeezed it i could feel the fluid.. The lower hose felt like there was nothing in it.. I didn't see any pinches.. No work done inside the truck.. I got some heat for about 2 min then goes to cold like AC is on..

Did you bleed the coolant lines of air pockets?

Not that its a big deal here in south Florida, but my heat doesn't work either. it's been a while since I've swaped the coolant out. could i have the same problem?
