i just got me a new muffler and turn down and i am fixing to cut the stock exhaust off i figured i would just clamp it on the stock pipes and have it dumped right before the axle are clamps alright or should i have it welded

 

Clamps will work, welding will work better.......

 

If you decide to go with clamps be sure and spend a dollar or two more and get good clamps not the cheapos. Even with clamps you can go back later and get them welded.
