need some ideas

ok ive got a 07 f150 xl v6 reg cab 2wd i need some cheap black wheels any ideas is there a way to go smaller than 17'' or am i stuck
also what can i git besides dual exhaust to boost my hp fairly cheap

i have black steel wheels from 4wheelparts- 50 bucks a piece for 16*8. for the new trucks i think your set on a 17" wheel.

hp-cai(mac go for around 160) exhaust, programmers(custom work done by vmptunning for as much as regular after market....there are alot of things- go to v6f150.com and look on their message boards for alot of good info

i have true dual flowmaster 40s w/ 2.5 in pipes i heard that may actually be hurting my low end torq
also does anyone have a short bed reg cab auto that can spin its tires on pavement my freinds longbed can but i rarely can w/o holdin the brake

people say that most mufflers with baffles hurt low end torque- i have a single cab short bed but i have heavy steel wheels and 32" tires, so only in water
