3.8l supercharger on a 4.2?

Anyone think it's possible to put a supercharger off of a 3.8 onto a 4.2?

I got a brand new one for free today, and was hoping to put it on my truck.

It shouldn't take too much. Just a custom upper intake to match it to the lower intake. and a way to route a belt to it.

Wouldn't you have to have a custom tune computer, larger injectors, higher volume fuel pump, fabricated air intake box along with the custom intake and fabricated pulley system? Seems like a lot of work. I would like to see if anyone has ever done this and how it worked out.
