can't help you with the p0181 code, not sure where the temp sensor is.
as for the intake runner stuck open code. at the top of the engine is your coil pack, where the spark plug wires go to. then below that there is the intake plenum, 12 tubes creating a kind of valley for the air to flow into. below the plenum is the intake manifold.
each combustion chamber has two runners, a long and short one. below 3000rpm only one runner is open. once you go above 3000rpm the second runner opens allowing more air into your engine.
the little actuators the open these runners are way in the back on the intake manifold. i think it will be kind of hard to reach if your keep the plenum on there. try removing the plenum (i believe there are 14 or 12 bolts holding the plenum to the intake manifold). once you remove that in the back there are two vacuum actuators with wires plugged into them, they may be jammed or they may have disconnected themselves, causing it to get stuck open.
