hi guys, im new to the boards. i own a 97 4.2l with 285 000 kms on her, rebuilt once after rod issues, and the motor is getting worn out. the truck is a daily driver , and i keep the maintenance up, the running gear is tight and works perfect, plus i dont owe any money on it. my question to all you ford gurus is , if i was to find a 4.6 or 5.4 what would be involved in the swap?, or can it be done? thanks in advance for your input
