'97 4.2 Throwing P1151 Code, Need Help Please

I have a '97 F150 2wd 5spd 116k.

Truck has been sitting for about a 6 months. Put a new battery in it and fired it up. After driving for a while and putting new gas I got a Got a "P1151 H02S21" Sensor Indicates Lean code. I don't hear any vacuum leaks and from what I have searched, this doesn't necessarily mean that it's a bad O2 sensor.... I don't want to go replacing $50 O2 sensors without even knowing which one could be bad. Could a bad gas cap cause this? Coil pack and plug wires were just replaced which fixed a miss I had. Any suggestions would be appreciated as I have someone coming to buy this thing in the morning!!

Do a search by entering the words "P1151". You should get a lot of results. Good luck!

My truck had that same problem and the dealership replaced my DPFE Sensor. That could be the problem.

Pretty odd as the DPFE sensor throws different codes. Re-check your paperwork....

This one is an O2 sensor code upstream driver's side) that usually is old/slow/lazy.
