anybody know what the factory cam specs are for a 4.2?lift,duration,lobe seperation?
are perfomance parts available and if so where?

 

go to *********** and do a search. There should be plenty of results over there. I haven't really seen much cam talk on this board.

Not completely sure of stock cam specs, but there are several aftermarket cams available. Check out www.rpm-mustangs.com , and www.supersixmotorsports.com

The prefered NA cam is 207/215 I think.

I have a brand new cam that was going to be put on my truck, but I have since decided to trade the truck in so it is for sale. It has only been out of the box once to check and make sure the valve springs and everything was in there. email me at stu14410@mail.atu.edu if you'd like to know more. It is a cam from rpm.
