Hey, I think that i have some bad sensors in my 98 4.2 F150. I dunno which ones though. When i am stoped at a red light or a stop sign the truck seems to almost die on me. I have to put it in park and rev it up a few times to make it stop. But as soon as i press the gas to go, it stops, any ideals?

 

IAC valve may be in need of cleaning. I would try that first.

 

How would i go about doing that? i normally take my stuff to a mechanic, but i want to try and do this my self.
