Whats real problem??
Does anyone no what causes the problem on this 4.2 Is a defective intake gasket Or is it a defectife intake., Or the heads // Whats causing these to leak? Thanks Phill

It's the gaskets and, perhaps to an extent, the original torque value of the bolts. The TSB states "DUE TO SLIGHTLY THICKER SIDE GASKET BEAD MATERIAL..."
Increasing the size of the gaskets while keeping the original torque value of the bolts means that the seal will be tighter.
