Has anyone put 40 series delta flows on their 4.2L? How do you like them? What muffler did you get(2.5, 2.25 in/out ...etc.)? Did you get a cat back or just get a turn down before the axle. I plan to get an exhaust soon, and so far after my research, it looks like its going to be Flowmaster 40 series delta flows 2.25 in/out for me.

I had the 40 orig, and now the 50 series delta flow. They both had the same power gains and millage, the only thing was 40 orig was to loud inside for me when towing and i tow a lot so i went with the 50 series delta, sounds good outside, and you can still here it inside when you want. go with 2.5 si/so no matter what!! if you go duals you might loose power but if you go duals use 2.25. you wont loose power at all, now if you already have 2.5" pipes go with just muffler and tip, or if not go cat back, if your in sd, go to ED Hansens in Spring Valley, they do GREAT work and are VERY well priced, and can do anything you want them to. call 1-800-san-diego for their #, or I can find it if you really want.
