Sounds like it's overpriced to me. My buddy just bought a decked out 2001 F-250 with 35's and a full video system for $23K. It has custom paint and low milage (22K). If you find the right buyer you might make out ok, otherwise just part it out back to stock and sell the parts separately.

I agree... around 18-20K sounds better for your truck.

Well, now that he posted pictures in another topic, I'm thinking like $16K or so. Actually you'd have to pay me to take it, I'd need compensation to remove all that JC Whitney crap.

okay man, now seriously, what are you talking about with the JC whitney crap? there is nothing on there outa JC whitney. i dont have a visor or clearence lights, yeah i have a rollbar, chrome nerfbars, so i like ot match? whats wrong with that, the headlight covers are cracked, and i didnt want any glue showing, so i painted them til i get some new ones, is there anything wring with being a lil creative.

Sorry, I'm used to the prerunner look. I don't see many trucks that have the light bar in the bed. Maybe it's the yellow KC covers that really set it off for me.

I do custom tube work, like 6 point roll cages, prerunner bumpers, etc. If it isn't functional, I don't care for it. The chrome step bars and light bar are purely cosmetic. If you took your truck out in the rocks you would find that out very quickly. I'm not a fan of chrome at all , but to each their own.

If it makes you feel better, I do think the rims are pretty cool.

yeah dude, i see where your comin from with that, but where i do off roading at, is just mud, like in a field, or taking hills and steep grades in a pasture, nothing too tall to scratch my **** up..or for me to hit...so i guess its alright, and the steps are functional, its decieving, its pretty tall...it sits level with a superduty 4x4..yeah, the covers kinda put it over the top, but hey, ya got the roll bar, ya gotta get the lights, and then ya gotta protect em, so i went the the classic KC design, to give it lil throwback image, but yeah, all that stuff is functional, if i rolled the roll bar woud help, not like save my life, but it would help..the grille guard, ive used on many occasions...and has saved my front end, cuz of deer around here..soo all my stuff is funtional, accept for hte hood scoops, those are there for a lil street flare, cuz i do live in the ghetto of lincoln NE, so i gotta blend in a lil bit..

Does the lightbar bolt into the bed? Is it all 1 piece, or does it bolt together? Are there 1/4" renforcement plates on the other side? I'm guessing it would tear out on the first roll.

To each their own.

the answer to all your questions is yeah, the front has a pair of 1/4 plates, and its securely bolted, but there is one joint, where the bar kinks, but the front is still bolted down light, besudes the kicker bars dont serve any purpose...
