I beleive JB Weld or Liquid metal will hold up to high temps, but I'm not sure. I think they are good for around 400 degrees, and considering the location right after the cats, its questionable. They may even have a high temp version. I was thinking about trying a band clamp in there, to avoid this happening again. I can't remember right now if that clamp was part of the mounting point or not. Its in a bad spot either way, because even if you had a welder, or took it to a muffler shop, you'd need to pull the system away from that crossmember. Or pull the cross member. I don't plan on keeping this exhaust system on much long, I'll probably look into a custom SI/SO exhaust with a flowmaster 40 or 50. I'll have it welded then.

That's a great idea, crashz! I think I'll just put up with the "ticking" noise until I can afford a new cat back exhaust and have everything welded then.
