2001 White Lightning for sale. Has ******* Speedstur hard tonneau cover with spoiler built in, would sell the cover seperately if interested. Truck has 123K miles, new Plugs, Synthetic oil, great rubber, new front brake pads, exceptionally straight and clean paint, very good interior, not worn thru drivers cushion. This truck runs great, appears to be all stock except cold air filter. I was told it has spec' tranny mods as it does shift firm and strong. Everything works great on this truck.
Here is the down side: the cab and bed are both rusted underneath, all the support structures for both units are rusted. Would be a great truck for a engine, trans, interior swap into another truck.
(which I still may do if I don't sell it) Or If you have a cab and bed not rusted underneath to put on it I would be interested in purchasing the cab/bed.
Other than the rust underneath, You will like this truck!
I bought it to make that swap into a 2002 Super Cab Sport I have. I then decided that I liked the Lightning short wheel base. So decided to sell this one and buy a rust free one. 'Asking' $8500, offers accepted. In Gardner, Ma. 978-302-4223

Boosted99: Don't think me a ****, but I put my phone number in for a reason. I am very busy and no time to check into the forum everyday and then do to my ignorance, try to answer questions and do it incorrectly only to have a pen pal over this. If you are interested, call me and no, I don't want a Vette or anything else. No need for interior pictures, look at any Lightning, that is what it looks like. It has the 40/60 seat and as stated no holes. Exterior is clean and straight with exception gladley discussed on phone.

Tarajerame: Yes, its a bummer about the rust. I spoke to a body man yesterday
(friend of mine). He said he can repair the rusted braces, supports etc underneath for $600-700. He also knows a guy that may likely buy it for my price. People not in the know ask me if its brand new when they see it! Its a nice looking truck, rockers and floors, bed floor floor still good. I may just have him fix it??
