I just looked at a 2004 F150 Lariat with the 5.4 black leather interior, doesn't look too overly worn inside. Its from a small dealer, he's asking 12,500 for it. He also said it hasn't been to service yet since he just pulled it on the lot when I drove past and saw it. So heres my question, how many miles is too many? I plan to really put some miles on (450 +/- per week) but I need something to replace my 2003 ranger ASAP. So with my mileage per week is 124k for 12.5 too much?

The lariat has the following issues.
Passenger side rear wheel well rust under trim 3" long
Mild scabbing on rockers on the fold
Broken windshield
needs tires (i'd like to get tires and wheels anyhow)
Didn't get to start it so engine ???

Any suggestions/guidance. Also I'm not sure if I put this in the right spot or not.
