Need a price check please?

I'm new to F-150's and have never purchased anything but diesel trucks so I'm a bit out of touch as to what good pricing is on these trucks and was hoping someone could help me out.

I'm looking at a 2010 F-150 4x4 King Ranch 5.4L V8. It has 39,700 miles and is clean, clean. It has a 6" lift with 20" XD wheels and new 35" Toyo MT tires.

Is $36,000 a decent price for this truck? Thanks in advance.

I would think $30k would be more reasonable. Though KBB has it listed at $33k for Private Party and excellent condition. Or $36k from a dealer

Before I'd spend 30k+ on a 4 year old truck, I'd look at brand new 2013's on dealer lots - deals have never been better.

For a lifted King Ranch, that really isn't bad. But, that said, I'd rather have a brand new XLT and save some cash. Even a lariat shouldn't cost but a few grand more.

It's really ridiculous how much truls are going for right now and how little they're depreciating
