Forbes list of over priced vehicles

Go to Forbes.com and check out their list of overpriced vehicles. Dodge Ram #1, Ford f150 #3. Some others Chrysler Pacifica no surprise there. Nissan Quest overpriced and really odd.

Very skewed. Notice that the F-150 they picked was a 4x4 King Ranch Supercrew, probably the highest stickered (or close to it) F-150 you can buy. The sticker price on a V6 XL is probably half that.

LOL so you are saying that king ranch isn't overpriced?

If you ask me they are WAY overpriced.

It's like people paying $40K plus for a MUSTANG!

No, I'm saying that the KR probably *IS* overpriced. Just look at the trim levels they used for ALL their examples.

All cars are overpriced. Paying half of what a houst cost 40 years ago for a car is a bit much.

Half? Try MORE. Back in 1959 my parents bought in to a brand new subdivision in NJ - built to order. 9 room split level on a corner lot with a full circle driveway, 1/2 acre lot. They paid $29900. Market value today is around $600k.

Did anyone else notice that 14 out of the 15 were made by American owned companies? The only exception being a Nissan mini-van. No wonder American vehicles trail in vehicle sales by so much!
