X Plan Pricing
Hey guys,
Since I came here looking for info on the X Plan pricing, I figured I would provide my experience with it. I have a friend who works for a company that is sponsored by Ford under the X plan. By the letter of the law, the X Plan is only valid for the employee and their spouse. Well, I represented my friend as my wife. She gave me the web site and the company number and I generated the PIN number.
I provided my dealership with the PIN # and my "wife" never had to show up and never had to present proof of employment. So I know some people are worried about using the X Plan and violating the criteria. Oh well. I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you have a moral issue with this, then you are more than welcome to haggle on your own or pay a higher price. In addition to the X Plan discount, Ford gave me an extra $500 for using the X Plan. That was a surprise.
Hopefully when they find out I am single, they dont try to take my baby truck!!!!
