Question Lariat Deal

I am dealing with the fleet dept at my local dealership. They are offering 24,400 for a 5.4 lariat (after rebates of course). I am thinking this is not a bad deal esp. since invoice on edmunds is listed at 26, 500 in and TMV in my zip is 27,000. What i want to know, is i have heard good things about dealing with fleet. but is there anything backhanded to look out for from them once i go to the dealership?

I had great luck dealing with the fleet dealer when I got my '03 SCab 4x4 XL 4.6
There were no surprises or last minute "add-ons".

Not a pad price. Considering the $3000 rebate, you are paying about $900 over invoice. I have heard of some people doing a little better, but that's good.

No worries about dealing with a fleet manager.

I have never had a problem getting invoice or maybe $100 - $200 over without any kind of rebates. Which is good if you want to take advantage of the 0% financing. I would look around some more, unless you are satisfied then go for it.

A dealer here in Georgia was offering a 5.4 Lariat for $23,500, but that would be a long drive for ya
