And what exactly does being a member in good standing mean? What qualifies you as that? Is it post count? How long you have been a member here?

A member in good standing is simply one that is not causing problems and receiving suspensions.

So to get nominated one simply has to vote in the current months TOTM and be a member in good standing and that's it correct?
