Ok, guys, let's drop this now. There is no reason for anyone to get bent out of shape. There is absolutely nothing wrong for someone joining up and supporting his friend. Could even be a family member. Nothing wrong with that either. I guarantee, I have family members that could join and with their first post, sound as if they had been posting forever.
Some of you need more to do with your time. We need to cool it before this gets out of hand. Thanks

I personally don't see anyone getting bent! That's me. But, I believe your term "Support" Bluejay. Is the same as recruiting, in my eyes, an breaks Rule#5! Being that was what their first post was about. But, again, that's me! Not trying to be a smart azz either, just calling it as I see it!
5. There is to be absolutely no self-promotion. This means that, if you're in the contest, you may not recruit members to join with the sole purpose of voting for your truck. Further, you (as a candidate for TOTM) may not self-promote within new threads, existing threads, or elsewhere. Candidates found promoting themselves will be removed from the competition.
It's cool though. It's all good, no cage rattled here. An would love to do more with my time, but recovering from 2 brokens leg, just keeps getting in the way!

See, you just pointed a finger, implying the guy was recruited. OG has already said that was not the case, so, you are now saying he is untruthful. That is totally uncalled for and what I meant to keep from happening. You can downplay your "message" all you wish, but it is what it is.
No more of this from anyone, please. It's silly.

A message to all
OK fellows may this be the final post on the subject matter. To my understanding a Forum is a place where people discuss, exchange, agree and disagree with everyone's differences of opinions and points of views. Even though, some, find these views to be evil, while others find that same action to be good. All in all within every one of us there is great diversity of opinion. Thus we can agree to disagree without having to "...jumping on each others back." On a personal note I joined F150online with the believe that this forum has great collaborators and effective communicators who understand the concept of constructive criticism and are open to receiving it, which I found to be mostly true.Having said that, I would like to point out that I did not call my friend to my house and told him to use his laptop and my internet connection to vote for me. I also do not promote myself on other posts, but only use my videos and or pictures the prove the points I may be trying to make. More over, 1,2 or even 3 votes will not make and dent on the leader's lead, why then would I want to risk any embarrassment.
Ram Air, as you stated, in your eyes you truly believe that I violated at least one rules in the book. I perfectly underderstand where you coming from, the rules are the rules, no exceptions period. If we never get to implement such rules we'll never show any respect in the long run. There for, as the rules indicate, if the candidate violates any of these rules he/she shall be removed from the competition. I agree 100%, good call
. I have deleted the picture from my album which will cause my picture to disappear from TOTM's front page. I did so for the sole purpose of implementing the rules on me. I also request to admin that my nick be removed form TOTM because I choose to step down. Also if I may suggest, invalidate all the votes given to me and give those people the chance to recast their votes; or if I was given the choice on what to do with the votes given to me, I would pass all of them to 1Fast4.6 for the superb job he did on his ride. Finally if any of you believe that I'm getting off easy becuase I chose to step down and would like for me to be banned, you all have the right to do so by contacting admin and placing your request.My sincere apologies for the inconvenience that my friend and I may have caused and hope this incident didn't spoiled TOTM for you all.
