I know this has been asked before but is the trans filter for the E4OD the same as the 4R100? The parts stores around here do not have a listing for my truck. Thanks Eric

99 F250 cc sd 4x4,v-10,auto,k&n,borla headers,gibson cat back,97 mustanggt,88 ranger has 302-c-4, getting 69 429,c-6 installed.

 

The part is the same, some of the pans are different but they're interchangable if you also change the gasket. The part number at autozone is Duesch Transmission filter kit TF-325, it's the exact same part as installed at the factory. If you have the reusable gasket reuse it, if you have the cork gasket and you want to upgrade to the reusable, you need to replace the pan, also.
