My new SuperCrew has a slight knock while in Drive. I only hear it when the transmission is in Drive, and my foot is on the brake. It doesn't increase with when the accelerator is pressed, or at least it's drowned out by engine noise. It also stops if I put it in Neutral. Anybody else experiece this?
